Flight Attendant Preparatory Course
The Cabin Crew and Airlines Services (CCAS) Programme is formerly known as Flight Attendant Preparatory Programme (FAPP). This course specially designed upon request from the industry due to the demand preparing our students for a career not only as Flight Attendants/Cabin Crew but also as Customer Service officers. In partnership with Batik Air (Malindo) and Fireflyz, this flight attendant preparatory course aims to train excellent Ground Crew or Customer Service officers with the knowledge and skills in both theory and practical aspects of management who meet the requirements of the aviation industry.
This flight attendant preparatory course will provide the solution for students to kick start their professional careers, becoming professional cabin crew and customer service officers on a wider scale to produce more high-income earners among Malaysians. The duration will be 2 months (3 months optional on the job training). Students will obtain skills and knowledge on Cabin Crew as well as Customer Service Officer. Upon completion, candidates will be awarded certificate of completion with convocation. Syllabus governed by several subjects such as Grooming and Deportment, Announcement, Aviation Terminologies, Cabin Familiarization, Food and Beverage, Inflight Service and Interview Preparation.
Upon joining the cabin crew and airlines services programme, students will build their strong basic knowledge and experience through theory and practical training before industry offers any positions based on the availability in industry or airlines.
