At Admal Aviation College, safety is always our top priority — both in the skies and on the ground. On 24 September 2025, we carried out a fire drill to ensure all our students and staff are well-prepared in case of emergencies.

Emergency Evacuation Drill

The drill began with a full evacuation exercise, where everyone was required to respond quickly and follow the proper safety procedures. It was a great reminder of the importance of staying calm, alert, and disciplined during unexpected situations.

Fire Extinguisher Training

But we didn’t stop there! As part of the training, students and staff also had the opportunity to learn how to handle a fire extinguisher and put out a fire themselves. For many, it was their first time actually holding and operating an extinguisher — an essential skill that could save lives in the future.

Building a Culture of Safety

This exercise wasn’t just about compliance — it was about building a culture of safety at Admal Aviation College. By practicing together, we’re making sure everyone is confident, prepared, and responsible in the face of emergencies.

Thank You!

A big thank you to all the participants for taking the drill seriously and to the trainers who guided us throughout the session. Safety is a team effort, and together, we’re stronger.

Day 1: Registration Day

The orientation kicked off with registration day, where cadets were warmly welcomed into their new home at Youth City, Nilai. Settling into the college hostel gave them the perfect start to build friendships and adapt to their exciting new environment.

Day 2: Ice-Breakers, Outing & BBQ Night

On the second day, cadets participated in fun-filled ice-breaking sessions, designed to help them connect and get to know one another better. Later in the day, they enjoyed an outing that included pickleball and go-kart racing, fostering teamwork and camaraderie outside the classroom. The day ended with a lively BBQ night, where cadets showcased their talents through performances, adding color and energy to the evening.

Epaulette Ceremony

The orientation culminated in a meaningful epaulette ceremony, where cadets officially donned their epaulettes, symbolizing their first step into the aviation profession. This proud moment not only celebrated their entry into the programme but also marked the start of their journey toward fulfilling their dream of flying.

Looking Ahead

Admal Flying Acadmy is excited to see these young cadets grow into skilled aviators and leaders in the aviation industry. The launch of this newborn programme is just the beginning of many successful batches to come, as we continue to nurture and guide future pilots with dedication and excellence.
