This program specially designed upon request from the industry due to demand preparing our students for a career not only as Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew but also as Customer Service Officer. This program also aims to train excellent Ground Crew or Customer Service Officer with the knowledge and skills in both theory and practical aspect of management who meet the requirements in aviation industry.
This programme was developed upon request from the industry due to high demand of Aircraft Ground Handling employee as result of government policies to reduce the usage of Aircraft Ground Handling Technician (AGHT) is developed to cater to the industry manpower demand. Potential trainees are trained and recruited in becoming excellent round crew member. Committee was set up to oversee all requirements that include training material and recruiting process.
The programme was designed to enhance the capabilities of youth specifically targetting those who are not pursuing a higher level education such as diploma or degree programs. In light of this, this programme was designed to provide training to these target groups of youths to fully equip them with the skills necessary in acquiring jobs with good income or starting up their own business.
